In this 6-week cohort we will look at the book of Nehemiah and learn how to organize people, processes, and systems to optimize church leadership, volunteer leader recruitment, development, and activation. By enrolling in this cohort, pastors will learn how to establish a sustainable leadership pipeline where volunteers recruit, develop, and activate other volunteers to advance the church’s mission.
